Instructor Rasta
A fitness and martial arts instructor for over a decade and an educator of 20 years, Rasta combines his knowledge and passion of movement with his expertise in education. This unique blend of health, fitness, and pedagogy leaves clients physically and intellectually equipped with a holistic view of fitness, allowing for a safer and optimistic path towards goals.
Having to contend with challenges resulting from his own physical disability from birth, Rasta developed a personal philosophy and fitness regimen which has allowed him to overcome his own obstacles. Refining his system over the years to address the diverse needs of others, Instructor Rasta cultivated his program into what is now “The Rasta Method & the Evolution of Movement,” a client-centered system that ensures appropriately paced regimens for any body-type or physical capability for a safe and engaging progression for all.
